* January 1, 2008 - The dream of owning an events business was perceived and the name was going to be "T-Solutionz", but later the name was changed to "t-solutionz".

* May 1, 2017 - Lloyd Wharton was led by God to declare that
t-Solutionz will be registered as an LLC business, by the end of May.

* May 13, 2017 - Lloyd Wharton provided sound services at the Life Builders Church's, "N.O.W." Women's Conference; where he was inspired to "Dream again". One of the speakers prophetically confirmed to obtain a business license.

* May 17, 2017, t-Solutionz became an LLC business in the state of MD.
​
* May 20, 2017 - t-Solutionz, LLC served its first event with the "Edify Your Sister" ministry launch, in Columbia, MD.

* November 21, 2017 - Web domain has been established
